Lyra Health is looking for a Customer Success Manager who is energized by engaging with customers, building relationships, strategy and overall delivering results. As a Placement Specialist, you will form relationships with clinical placement sites where students can acquire hands-on learning in their field. This role is a hybrid between sales and customer service. Specialists will introduce themselves to prospective providers, secure agreements to work with students, and provide quality follow-up to ensure a lasting relationship.
As a CSR/Dispatcher, you will work with our national sub-contractor network to support assigned customers and will be responsible for assigning work to those sub-contractors and coordinating schedule dates with our customers. This position requires flexible hours and overtime as needed as well as a fast paced and solution minded individual.
