Your Mission:
- Craft and execute the implementation strategy for Engine's most important new customer opportunities.
- Partner with Sales and Account Management for a seamless experience from contract to first booking.
- Lead a team of Implementation Managers through live deployments and build processes that scale.
What You'll Bring:
- 4+ years in implementation, customer success, account management, or technical program management in B2B SaaS.
- Proven ownership of customer onboarding end to end, translating requirements into rollout plans.
- Comfortable as the senior customer-facing voice and leading high customer-engagement cadence.
