About the Role:
- Own the onboarding and rollout program for large enterprise clients, including project plan, milestones, and risk mitigation.
- Partner with Sales before close to shape rollout plans, then hand accounts to Account Managers and Customer Success Managers after 90 days.
- Focus on program coordination and driving adoption.
Who You Are:
- 4+ years in client-facing onboarding, customer success, or program management in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience with change management practices and project management tools like Linear, Jira, Asana, or Rocketlane.
- Strong communication skills to work with senior client stakeholders and ensure internal alignment.
What You'll Do:
- Track signals such as time to first login, user adoption, and platform utilization to drive action.
- Analyze adoption trends and translate data into clear insights for internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Document best practices and build standardized playbooks for scalable onboarding.
