About the Role:
- You will own the Network Inventory onboarding process, ensuring customer success from day one.
- You will report to the Strategy Operations Associate and partner with Sales and Product teams.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and project manage the network inventory onboarding process, including leading biweekly customer calls.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of an offshore onboarding team and improve workflows.
Qualifications:
- 1-2+ years in startup operations, tech, or consulting with strong project management skills.
- High comfort with Excel, high EQ for customer-facing and team management, and strong organizational skills.
Compensation:
- Base salary range $85,000–$110,000, plus 5% annual bonus and equity package.
