What You’ll Do:
- Become a Tekmetric product expert and provide detailed account walkthroughs.
- Clearly communicate account setup requirements and expectations with customers.
- Record customer implementation needs in HubSpot and communicate to leadership.
What You’ll Bring:
- 1-2 years’ experience in Customer Onboarding or a customer-facing function.
- Project management skills and a track record of resolving escalated client service issues.
- Ability to establish relationships from Director to C-Suite and improve team processes.
