About the Role:
- You will be the first impression for new clients, guiding them through their first 30-90 days.
- You'll build relationships and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, delivering personalized training.
- Track progress and proactively address roadblocks to boost satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years in a SaaS environment with customer-facing experience.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
