Your Day to Day:

Own the requirements for each onboarding and track every open item.
Coordinate across internal teams to hold them accountable for deliverables.
Flag risks early and propose a path forward.

What Success Looks Like:

Earn increasing ownership of customer-facing accounts.
Spot friction and bring recommendations to improve the process.
Manage multiple concurrent onboardings and projects.

What You Bring:

2+ years in SaaS and Operations, Support, or Project Coordination.
Comfortable coordinating multiple workstreams with meticulous organization.
Excellent written communication and proactive mindset.
