Onboarding Specialist

About the Role:

• You own the full onboarding experience for migrating studios, from kickoff to go-live.
• You work with studio owners to manage data migration and train them on Arketa.
• You launch ~15-18 studios per month at steady state.

What You'll Do:

• Lead data call prep and data mapping calls with partners.
• Train studio owners and staff on Arketa until they are confident.
• Coordinate with the Migrations team on data cleaning and manage partner relationships.

What Success Looks Like:

• At 30 days: product-certified and shadowing live calls.
• At 60 days: running your full pipeline independently.
• At 90 days: launching at target velocity and proactively surfacing improvements.

What We're Looking For:

• 1-3 years in customer success, onboarding, or implementation.
• A natural trainer who can make complex setups feel simple.
• Organized and self-managing with strong communication skills.
