About the Role:
- As an Onboarding Specialist, you will welcome clients post-sale and curate their onboarding experience to optimize retention and adoption.
- You will teach clients how to use Subsplash tools and guide them to realize value.
Your Priorities:
- Provide tailored services for paid implementation clients including consulting, building, and graphic design.
- Work closely with clients to curate their onboarding journey and ensure apps pass review within six weeks.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and partner with the team to improve the client experience.
You Are:
- A skilled communicator who is comfortable on the phone and a strong writer.
- A Subsplash platform expert in onboarding for App, Giving, SnapPages, and future products.
- A problem solver who loves puzzles and helping others.
