Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 4–5 years of professional experience in customer success, implementation, onboarding, hospitality management, or a related client-facing role.
  • Experience using AI tools, automation platforms, or modern productivity technologies to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Proven ability to train and support non-technical users on software platforms, systems, or technical products.
