ServiceNow Service Catalog Developer

Role and Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy Catalog Items, Order Guides, and Record Producers within the ServiceNow Service Catalog.
• Configure and maintain complex workflows and Flow Designer flows to automate approvals, task generation, and system notifications.
• Develop and manage Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes to ensure dynamic catalog item behavior.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree with 8 years of experience; MA/MS degree with 6 years; US Citizen with Public Trust clearance.
• Minimum 6+ years overall experience in service catalog development using ServiceNow; IAT II certification (Security+) required.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required; CAD or CIS-ITSM preferred.

Skills and Technologies:

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow platform scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes).
• Experience with Workflow Editor, Flow Designer, core ITSM modules, and Service Portal configuration.
• Ability to connect catalog requests to external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
