Principal Technical Consultant, Platform - Federal TS/SCI/FSP Clearance

Responsibilities:

• Creation and delivery of platform solutions that account for long-term technical architecture and ServiceNow standards.
• Support engagement efforts for process definition, re-engineering, and gap analysis during workshops with stakeholders.
• Advise customers on leveraging ServiceNow Platform capabilities to improve existing processes.

Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP) required.
• 5+ years experience in US federal agencies with ServiceNow Government Community Cloud (GCC).
• At least 8 years of hands-on configuration/development experience with complex technologies.
