Roles and Responsibilities:
- Must have strong technical skills to understand client requirements.
- Actively participate in client meetings to capture their needs.
- Perform ongoing Discovery and CMDB maintenance.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience working with ServiceNow.
- Customize ServiceNow applications by using scripting, workflows, business rules, and UI policies to meet client requirements.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist certifications preferred.
