• Hands on experience in Enterprise Level ServiceNow ITAM & ITOM architecture and Design and define implementation steps / road-map.
• Experience in working in ServiceNow ITAM, ITOM, Discovery, Cloud Discovery, Service mapping, and CMDB Development.
• ServiceNow Integration: ServiceNow ITOM integration with third-party tools automation, data collection and correlation, administration, configuration and customization.
