Qualifications:
- Hands on experience in Enterprise Level ServiceNow ITAM & ITOM architecture and Design.
- Experience working in ServiceNow ITAM, ITOM, Discovery, Cloud Discovery.
- Proficiency in Integration Hub, Flow Designer, CSDM.
Responsibilities:
- ServiceNow ITOM integration with third-party tools automation, data collection and correlation.
- Ensure data integrity and 100% accuracy within the CMDB for all hardware assets.
- CMDB dashboard analysis and maintenance for CMDB workspace.
