DMI, LLC is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support the implementation of IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and developing ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements. This role requires hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules, scripting, integrations, and UI customizations.

The ServiceNow Architect will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction and expansion of the ServiceNow platform across the organization. Requires deep technical expertise and collaboration to design scalable solutions. Will guide the design, development, configuration, and optimization of ITSM, SAM, Discovery, CMDB/CSDM, ITOM, complex integrations, Employee Center, and Now Assist, driving platform innovation and automation.

The Application Administrator will be responsible for managing the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on collecting Hardware Asset Management requirements, implementing and configuring the ServiceNow Enterprise platform, and providing day-to-day monitoring and user support within the VA environment.
