Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow HAM Pro and SAM Pro implementations.
- Conduct requirements workshops and translate business needs into scalable solutions.
- Design and configure asset lifecycle processes including procurement, receiving, deployment, inventory, maintenance, and disposal.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of overall IT experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow ITAM implementation experience.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow HAM Pro, SAM Pro, CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Lifecycle Management.
Desired Skills:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and CIS certifications.
- ITIL V4 Foundation.
- Experience with integrations to SCCM, Intune, Active Directory, SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Azure, and AWS.
