Responsibilities:
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of ServiceNow CMDB aligned with CSDM standards.
- Monitor CMDB health dashboards and remediate duplicate, orphaned, or stale CIs.
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and data integrations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of IT infrastructure and ServiceNow experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration.
- Strong expertise in CMDB, CSDM, ITOM, and Discovery.
