Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM solutions including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
- Configure and optimize automated Discovery and Service Mapping for accurate infrastructure visibility.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise monitoring platforms.
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow, IT Operations, or related roles with 3+ years in ITOM.
- Strong experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, ITSM, and ITAM.
- Proficiency in REST, SOAP, JSON API integrations, and MID Server configuration.
