Responsibilities:
- Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and features according to defined requirements.
- Participate in client calls to gather technical requirements and clarify scope.
- Perform scripting (client/server side), form design, flow/workflow creation, and data imports.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- 3+ micro-certifications and familiarity with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM).
