Accountabilities:
- Define and oversee ServiceNow platform architecture across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and custom applications.
- Lead architecture reviews, design governance, and technical decision-making for platform enhancements.
- Establish standards for ServiceNow data models, custom tables, scoped applications, workflows, and configuration practices.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of ServiceNow experience with significant architecture or technical leadership roles.
- Deep knowledge of multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and GRC.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, data models, scripting, and scoped applications.
