Job Responsibilities:
- Be a functional subject matter expert on ServiceNow platform and application implementations.
- Drive process definition, improvement, and gap analysis with clients.
- Identify solutions from people, process, and technology perspectives.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven consulting experience in analyzing as-is processes and deploying to-be solutions.
- Expertise with ServiceNow across ITSM, SPM, and at least two other applications.
