Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the data and data quality of ServiceNow ITAM, SAM, and CMDB technical solutions.
- Partner with the Configuration Manager and SAM Administrator to engineer scalable solutions that improve asset data quality, governance, and operational efficiency.
- Support external and internal audits by ensuring asset inventory consistency, completeness, and traceability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in Technology with a focus on IT Asset Management or Configuration Management.
- 3+ years of experience developing and supporting ServiceNow Asset Management, CMDB, or ITOM solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ITIL/ITSM processes and integrating asset data in ServiceNow.
- Experience managing cloud assets (AWS, Azure).
- Experience developing executive dashboards and reporting solutions within ServiceNow.
