Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on technical leadership for ServiceNow platform design, configuration, and governance.
- Improve and support IT service management workflows and operational processes.
- Oversee integrations, reporting, development standards, and technical debt reduction.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent technical field.
- 8+ years of ServiceNow platform experience including hands-on configuration and support.
- 5+ years of ITSM experience and 3+ years of technical leadership.
