Principal Solution Architect, Operations Technology Management (OTM)

Responsibilities:

• Lead pre-sales activities including presentations, scoping workshops, and SOW development.
• Design and implement OTM solutions with a focus on long-term technical architecture.
• Establish relationships with product owners and stakeholders to promote workflow capabilities.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years in professional services or equivalent; expertise in OT and ITOM modules.
• Deep knowledge of ICS/OT protocols, security frameworks, and network data feeds.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive complex issues through analysis and resolution.

Work Persona:

• Flexible or remote work persona based on nature of work and location.
• Up to 50% travel annually driven by customer needs and internal meetings.
• Must acquire ServiceNow certifications within first 90 days.
