Platform Governance, Architecture and Roadmap:
- Define and maintain the overall ServiceNow platform architecture and roadmap.
- Lead architecture design for ServiceNow modules including HRSD, CSM, and custom applications.
- Establish platform governance, development standards, and best practices.
Solution Design and Architecture:
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders, developers, and business analysts to gather requirements.
- Create detailed technical designs that align with the clients' short- and long-term needs.
- Leverage the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform and integrations with third-party technologies effectively.
Implementation Support:
- Work closely with project managers, developers, and other teams to support the implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide technical oversight and ensure that the design is accurately translated into a functional solution.
- Ensure deliveries adhere to ServiceNow established best practices and processes.
