Role Overview:
- This role sits at the heart of Monzo’s Control Discipline change agenda, supporting a future, technology-first, and data-driven risk management model.
- As Monzo scales into new products and markets, you'll be instrumental in embedding agility, automation, and intelligence into how we manage risks and controls across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the Control Discipline data and technology strategy and roadmap.
- Creating a scalable operating model for a global organisation.
- Driving risk and control data transformation with Data and Engineering.
What We're Looking For:
- Programme management experience in a financial services environment.
- Experience leading teams through change programmes.
- A tech and data first mindset, comfortable with AI and building prompts to solve control problems.
