- Assist customers in the implementation process across their websites and platforms during onboarding.
- Walk customers through initial steps of high-level technical understanding of Feathr.
- Ensure customers integrate Feathr successfully and feel confident using its features.
Your Day:
- Manage a rotating portfolio of accounts ensuring smooth setup on Feathr.
- Provide comprehensive training sessions covering key features and best practices.
- Cultivate enthusiasm by showcasing Feathr's capabilities and success stories.
Your Experience:
- 2+ years training customers in software adoption or platform implementation.
- 1 year experience in a software-related/tech product environment.
- Proficient at managing simultaneous projects.
