Client Onboarding Manager

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise-level client onboarding and implementation projects from planning through successful delivery.
• Develop clear project plans, timelines, milestones, and communication workflows.
• Coordinate cross-functional internal teams to ensure seamless and timely implementation.

Client Engagement:

• Guide clients throughout their onboarding journey, proactively managing expectations and challenges.
• Prepare and educate client teams to support effective product adoption.
• Maintain strong client relationships while delivering a high-quality onboarding experience.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in project management, ideally in a client-facing, implementation, or onboarding environment.
• Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving.
