Manager, Onboarding

Role Overview:

• As Manager of Onboarding, you will lead a team of onboarding professionals, guiding clients through a successful getting-started journey.
• You'll oversee team performance, workload, and service quality, while coaching members to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences.

What You'll Do:

• Lead, coach, and develop your team, setting clear expectations and providing regular feedback and support.
• Monitor team capacity and project progress, identifying risks and ensuring resources are balanced.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and evolve onboarding programs.

Compensation & Benefits:

• The salary range for this position is $81,500 - $110,000, with potential for a discretionary bonus.
