Responsibilities:
- Coordinate European HR operations and international EOR or contingent worker administration.
- Handle employee lifecycle events: onboarding, changes, leave, offboarding, contracts, and letters.
Support & Compliance:
- Act as first-line HR contact; escalate complex employee relations or compliance issues.
- Support payroll, benefits, immigration, HRIS data, and regulatory compliance.
Collaboration:
- Partner with internal teams and vendors; maintain accurate records and audit HR system changes.
- Participate in HR projects and technology implementations.
