What you'll do:
- Coach and advise leaders at all levels, connecting business goals to people strategy and handling tough situations like performance management and team restructures.
- Manage employee relations with fairness, ensuring consistency and compliance across global teams.
- Build people frameworks and run quarterly projects to design scalable systems that shape company culture.
What you'll bring:
- 4+ years as an HRBP or People Partner in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
- Hands-on experience with UK and Spain labor laws and working with Employers of Record.
- Strong context-switching skills, ownership, and a human-first approach, plus daily comfort with Slack, Notion, 15Five, and Deel.
Nice To Haves:
- Experience supporting globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Familiarity with labor laws in additional countries.
- Curiosity for using AI tools to streamline work and solve team pain points.
