Role Overview:
- Lead a lean, high-trust people team supporting a fully remote workforce of ~320 employees across 40+ countries.
- Combine strategic HR leadership with hands-on operational ownership across the employee lifecycle.
- Serve as senior escalation for complex employee relations and partner with Legal on cross-border matters.
Requirements:
- 8–12+ years of progressive HR experience with strong expertise in both HR Operations and HR Business Partnering.
- Proven experience leading small, high-performing HR teams in a remote-first, fast-paced international environment.
- Familiarity with EU labor law, global employment compliance, and AI tools for productivity.
