Director, Global Human Resources

What You Will Do:

• Stay current on emerging HR trends and evolving workforce expectations, bringing forward relevant insights for workforce planning and organizational design.
• Lead day-to-day operations of Core HR, managing a small global team and building trusted relationships with senior leaders.
• Oversee the staff lifecycle, core HR programs, benefits, performance management, and HR systems to drive continuous improvement.

Your Experience:

• 8-12 years of progressive HR experience, including at least five years in an HR leadership role with global workforce support.
• Broad HR generalist experience across staff relations, benefits, compensation, performance management, compliance, and HR operations.
• Experience leading and developing HR staff, and overseeing Learning Development programs focused on leadership and culture.
