About the Role:
- Partner with the VP of People to scale the organization and drive strategic initiatives.
- Move seamlessly between strategy and execution, from organizational design to refining manager enablement.
- Mentor and elevate the growing People team as the company scales.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Own systems and processes with a data-driven lens, leveraging AI and automation.
- Lead internal communication strategies and manage content for key People programs.
- Analyze People metrics and trends to identify opportunities and recommend solutions.
What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience at high-growth tech companies.
- Strong expertise in talent initiatives, performance management, and organizational design.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and project management skills.
