What You'll Do:
- Develop and lead a team of 2–3 People Partners embedded across GTM, Customer, R&D, and G&A divisions.
- Design and maintain rigorous org design, workforce planning, and succession planning across all divisions.
- Personally own senior leader relationships and escalated employee matters, serving as a player-coach.
What You'll Bring:
- 8–12+ years in people partnership with at least 3–4 years at director level in a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
- Proven track record of building and developing a team, influencing senior leaders, and driving organizational effectiveness.
- Business judgment and executive presence, with the ability to deliver hard feedback and coach managers at all levels.
