Responsibilities:
- Serve as the strategic People Partner for Product, Engineering, and Operations, partnering with leaders on talent strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, and building high-performing teams.
- Build trusted partnerships with leaders by bringing candor, sound judgment, and business acumen.
- Navigate employee relations matters with sound judgment, balancing business needs, risk, and the employee experience while coaching leaders.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of progressive experience as a People Partner supporting Product, Engineering, Operations, or other technical organizations.
- Experience partnering with leaders through high-growth, scaling, or post-merger integration.
- Strong business acumen and executive presence, with the ability to influence leaders and translate business priorities into people strategy.
