What You’ll Do:
- Partner with Sales leaders as a strategic advisor to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Drive talent management, organizational development, and change initiatives to improve agility and effectiveness.
- Coach managers on performance, employee relations, and data-driven decision making.
What You’ll Bring:
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership in a global, high-growth, sales-driven environment.
- Proven success building talent programs and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong analytical skills and a commitment to inclusive, equitable leadership.
