Senior People Business Partner

Role and Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted strategic partner to senior leaders across your client groups, covering org design, headcount, talent strategy, and leadership effectiveness.
• Own and resolve complex employee relations cases with confidence, care, and commercial awareness, while guiding and coaching Associate/People Business Partners.
• Lead talent strategy execution, including performance calibration, succession planning, high-potential development, and internal mobility.

What You Bring:

• Significant experience in a People Business Partner capacity supporting a global organization at scale.
• Deep expertise in employee relations with ability to navigate complex multi-jurisdictional situations.
• Strong commercial acumen and exceptional communication skills to influence senior leadership.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual salary range: $62.10 - $174.60 USD per hour based on location and experience.
