We are seeking a transformational change leader to own, architect, and lead the execution of our enterprise-wide Organizational Capability Roadmap —with a focus on workforce readiness, capability uplift, and AI first culture transformation. This role will be central to building the mindset, muscle, and mechanisms required to scale AI fluency and transformation—across all functions, teams, and leadership levels.
Lead a team that integrates Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and Learning & Development (L&D) principles, ensuring that these two areas reinforce each other. Define and execute the People Growth & Belonging strategy, aligning with Wikimedia’s mission and organizational priorities. Lead, mentor, and develop part of the PGB team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
