Role & Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary People partner to the SVP of Post-Sales and their leadership team across Account Management, Customer Success, and Support.
Provide guidance on performance management, change management, employee relations, workforce planning, and career development.
Drive end-to-end project management for People programs including performance reviews, compensation planning, and engagement surveys.

Qualifications & Experience:

8-10+ years as a People/HR Business Partner, supporting VP+ leaders in high-growth environments.
Deep expertise in HR fundamentals and strong business acumen with fluency in post-sales metrics.
Experience leading org design, restructuring, and change management with sound judgment.
