This role will serve as the enterprise lead for Learning & Development, with dedicated partnership to AHEAD Consulting and Services (ACS) —our largest and fastest-growing business unit. As a Senior Talent Specialist in the Performance Enablement team you will contribute to a comprehensive performance enablement program aimed at assessing and accelerating performance across Atlassian. You’ll maintain a deep understanding of enterprise talent needs, and drive the strategy, design, and execution of tailored solutions to meet those needs. This role involves building relationships with stakeholders and driving the creation of enterprise-wide solutions.
