Program Ownership & Design:
- Own and improve key people programs that strengthen onboarding, engagement, learning, and organizational performance.
- Diagnose organizational challenges and design scalable program solutions aligned to business goals.
- Maintain program structure, documentation, and ensure consistent delivery across teams.
Adoption & Measurement:
- Drive adoption of programs across managers and teams by identifying friction points and improving usability.
- Define success metrics and track program effectiveness in terms of adoption, engagement, and outcomes.
- Share actionable insights and recommendations with People and business leaders to guide improvements.
Partnership & Enablement:
- Partner with People Business Partners, People Ops, and Talent teams to support initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, retrospectives, and change sessions to enable organizational development.
- Support initiatives related to recognition, performance, and internal mobility within the company.
