The Manager, Network Facilitation will provide leadership to initiatives that advance community-based services within the network delivery system that engages local YMCAs and YMCA State Alliances. The manager will collaborate with other teams at Y-USA, local YMCA teams, and external partners to lead implementation of approaches that align with organizational priorities to advance access to community-based services across the Y Movement.

This role provides leadership direction to YMCAs on career development and organizational learning for their staff, delivering operational guidance for the development, implementation and engagement of the YMCA Competency model and YMCA Certification system for program and leadership. The individual will design and develop resources to support the full talent management cycle. The role requires a master facilitator responsible for developing local Y trainers.

The Senior Integration Developer will collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to understand integration requirements and develop scalable solutions to address these needs, ensuring seamless data exchange between various systems. This role demands expertise in various MuleSoft platform components. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of middleware integration strategies, API management, SOA design principles, and microservices.
