As a member of the TMG team, the individual will work on next generation testing practices in the first OCC chartered digital asset bank to enhance the Bank's Compliance Program through identification of emerging risks and control gaps. The role involves executing compliance test reviews, preparing fieldwork material, collaborating with risk/control owners, and assisting with issue management.

This position is in the Compliance Department, responsible for policy creation, reviewing programs and coverages, and ensuring policies are drafted and issued compliantly. The Compliance Analyst maintains regulatory compliance of assigned P&C products offered by Crum & Forster A&H Division, including drafting policy forms and conducting compliance audits.

As a Part-Time Compliance Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring our organization remains compliant with SOC 2 Type 2 standards and assist with security reviews requested by clients, requiring attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a deep understanding of compliance standards and auditing processes.

You’ll review and verify payroll records, benefit statements, and apprenticeship paperwork to determine compliance and ensure timely submission of required documents. Support the investigation of noncompliance complaints and evaluate contractor information. You'll also provide monthly reports and maintain organized records, working independently and continuously learning at a fast pace.
