Drive full-cycle sales initiatives with new and existing public sector accounts during an exciting early growth phase. Develop and execute strategies to work with government agencies at all levels, focusing on climate tech, safety, and/or disaster relief. Structure and negotiate new business relationships and bring government contracting expertise. Manage senior-level relationships with customers and key partners to develop business opportunities.

The Senior Software Engineer - Frontend will strategize, design, and execute the user interface and experience for a single-page application dedicated to early wildfire detection, collaborating closely with product, design, and backend teams. This role involves developing new features, maintaining and enhancing the codebase, conducting code reviews, and ensuring code quality with a focus on accessibility and security.

The Revenue Accounting Manager will oversee the daily operations of the revenue accounting function, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting in addition to creating and maintaining robust processes. This role is integral to driving and ensuring accuracy and completeness of our financial records and will work closely with the Director of Accounting.

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Pano focuses on strategic account management, driving customer adoption, and fostering long-term partnerships to maximize customer value and retention. This role involves partnering with Sales, working with internal Operations during hardware installation, and collaborating across the organization for ongoing product delivery. This critical role within Pano’s Go-to-Market team will help empower and accelerate this change.

Lead the software engineering team responsible for developing and maintaining the Pano360 backend and the related tools. The Pano360 application enables Pano customers to gather situational awareness of their territory through a multitude of sensors, receive alerts about new wildfires, and monitor active incidents in real-time. Creativity, communication, and collaboration is key.
