The Role:
- Pano AI seeks a Community Engagement Associate (Texas) to own relationships with community end-users such as fire authorities and disaster management agencies.
- This role is ideal for someone with a background in disaster management who is passionate about climate resiliency and wants to accelerate the paradigm change in disaster preparedness.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain relationships with fire departments, emergency management offices, and dispatch centers to drive adoption and engagement.
- Identify agencies, lead onboarding and training, and ensure end-users confidently integrate Pano alerts into their workflows.
- Represent Pano in the field through agency meetings, events, and workshops, strengthening relationships across the region.
What You'll Bring (Must Have):
- BS/BA degree or equivalent with 2+ years of experience in Wildfire, Forestry, or Disaster Management roles.
- 2+ years of professional experience in training, sales/marketing, customer success, or project management, with ability to travel up to 20%.
