You'll provide strong technical leadership, shaping frameworks and best practices that empower teams to build accessible features independently. Your role involves hands-on implementation of critical accessibility infrastructure while driving strategic initiatives that position Canva as the world's most accessible design tool.

Lead a team of frontend engineers focused on building accessibility into the core Canva experience. You will also coach, mentor and develop engineers to achieve both team impact and individual growth. Partner closely with accessibility subject matter experts and leads across Product Platform and champion engineering quality, team happiness and inclusive, sustainable delivery practices.

As a Senior Engineer specializing in front-end development, you'll be instrumental in shaping the user-facing experience of our customer facing website, ensuring it is a secure, intuitive, and high-performing gateway for new customers and a seamless experience for existing ones.
