Engineer III

The work you’ll get stuck into:

• You’ll take ownership of features and well-defined projects from the first conversation through to production.
• You’ll build software that is reliable, well-tested and designed to last, while getting to know the platform and the people who use it.
• When something breaks, you’ll help understand why, fix it properly and leave the system better than you found it.

A place to build your craft:

• You’ll work closely with Lead and Senior Engineers through regular pairing, feedback and problem solving.
• We work AI-first, using agents to write, test and review code, but you’ll have the freedom to experiment and bring ideas.
• You’ll challenge old ways of working and help move the team forward.

You’ll be a great fit if…:

• You have experience building software with strong back-end capability.
• Ruby on Rails or a comparable framework, clean code and testing knowledge matter.
• Experience with AWS, Terraform, Docker, Buildkite, Datadog, Rollbar, or content-heavy systems is helpful.
