People Business Partnering Director

Strategic Business Partnering:

• Act as a strategic advisor to VPs and C-suite, aligning talent strategies with organizational growth.
• Deliver 1:1 leadership guidance to elevate management capability and team performance.
• Drive data-informed talent insights using HR metrics to diagnose organizational health.

Organizational Design & Workforce Planning:

• Partner with executives on head-count planning, team restructuring, and job architecture for global scaling.
• Assess organizational effectiveness and design agile team structures for distributed remote work.

Talent Management & Performance Culture:

• Drive performance management cycles, 360 reviews, and compensation reviews within aligned functions.
• Establish a high-performance culture through coaching managers on feedback and developmental planning.
• Facilitate talent assessments to identify top talent and emerging leaders.

Employee Relations & Governance:

• Serve as senior point for complex employee relations issues and compliance matters.
• Maintain knowledge of international labor standards, partnering with Legal to minimize risk.
